In early April 2002, after touring Don Mathesons web site, www.azgolfhomes.com, my wife and I conducted a telephone interview with Don from our home. Our intent was to explore moving to Phoenix from Santa Rosa, CA in mid-June, 2002. We presented Don with our home criteria and planned to meet with him in mid-April.

My wife and I arrived in Phoenix and began exploring homes in the Northeast Scottsdale area. Don and Jenny had selected and previewed approximately one dozen homes. Every home, without exception, met our rigid criteria.
